Overview
No Refunds.
All payments are non-refundable.
• If a player withdraws from a rostered team before the season begins, 0% of fees paid (including deposit) will be refunded.
• No refunds will be given once uniforms have been ordered, training has
commenced or tournaments have begun.
• No refunds for training that are pre-paid; regardless of athletes attendance.
• Injuries and family relocation may be considered for partial refund, subject to Club Director approval.
• No refunds for occurrences outside of the Academies Control: ie. Natural Disasters, Tournament Cancellations, Training Facility issues, Flight Cancellations, Accidents or Injuries, etc unless Club Director Approval .
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
